Meet Chef Christopher Cantrel. Christopher has spent the past 20 years turning a lifelong passion for cooking into a career built around memorable dining experiences. He left high school during his sophomore year to pursue his dream of becoming a chef — a path that has taken him through some of the most demanding environments in the culinary world, including major theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios), high-volume kitchen leadership, and cross-disciplinary work in fine dining, Asian cuisine, farm-to-table, and contemporary American cuisine. He has run an omakase-style fine dining restaurant within a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond hotel, and served as Executive Chef for a luxury casino. Today, as a chef and culinary educator, he brings that experience together with a passion for teaching, creativity, and making people experience food in a new way. The Sensory Table reflects that philosophy.
Four set courses. Built around sensory experience, surprise, and unexpected combinations.
